      * I never thought that I would find a fintech company that has such a strong and positive values and mission, that are not fake or phony. * Customer Centricity at it's best! * Strong, honest and skilful leadership that drives this company to success * Strong set of values and extensive recruitment process focused on it, resulted in wonderful group of individuals that is a real joy to work with -in all locations * Absolutely successful in terms of business

      * At first glance, number of company values creates an illusion that it has to be fake and just for show. That is not the case though! * Company focused on business success more in the first years (which was probably the best possible decision) and there is a lot of engineering shortcomings that needs to be addressed currently * It is a global company, so it simply can't be a 9-5 type of work.
