      CEO is authentic and is genuinely passionate about providing a helpful, user friendly, affordable service to immigrants around the world. Great culture built on empathetic partnerships and making sound data driven decisions.

      Cons

      Working on providing more guidance around internal career development. They have put brand new programs in place to address this need and it is exciting to see how this is developing.

      Market rate salary and great benefits.

      Cons

      Shockingly bad management. Huge staff turnover for such a small London office and there is a good reason for that - management.

While I'm glad you mention you have been happy with our compensation and benefits, I am really saddened to read about your overall experience. We take your comment about the high turnover and management style very seriously. We have lost one employee since March 2020 when COVID started. Every employee matters and we were sorry to lose this person. We deeply care about our teams and we will work even harder to continue to improve our employee environment and make sure we treat all our employees fairly. This will help us improve as a business and help us fulfill our mission, which we care about deeply.
