Great company culture. Employees believe in the mission and vision. Company believes in the immigrant community and truly wants to improve their lives. Employee well being is valued at Remitly. Very structured on-boarding.

Cons

Experiencing exponential growth and thus needs more employees, a bit short staffed as we ramp up for the growth that we're currently experiencing.
