      Was a good company prior to hiring external leaders and management.

      Pros

      Good culture in the production side. The company has several perks to offer.

      Cons

      Senior Management level, Senior level for HR and WFM leaders are the worst, special those externally hired. If they don't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you or you will just resign because you can no longer tolerate what they are doing. Good tenured leaders tends to resign due bias management and politics. Always bragging about the increase in profit but does not want to provide what is rightfully due for their employees.
