      Not a lot of diversity at the top. Lots of cooks in the kitchen, leading to multiple changes in strategy

      Pros

      CEO is great and the culture has promise. Good mission and seem to care deeply for their customers.

      Cons

      Not what was promoted interview process. The Director was the worst “leader” ever worked with and gives a new meaning to micromanagement. Environment was demeaning instead of empowering and seems to enjoy cutting people down.
