      Pros

      I had a great experience working at Remitly. The company culture is supportive, and I had the opportunity to grow professionally and take on new responsibilities. I worked with smart, kind people and felt that my work really made a difference.

      Cons

      That said, there are some internal politics, and frequent work travel can be demanding at times.
