      - Exceptional team work. - Passionate engineers. - Cutting edge tech. - Uniform focus on company objectives across teams. - Managers are deeply invested in developing engineers, - We don't settle for "good enough". We strive to the best. - People care about others. - Well stocked kitchen. - Massage chair. - Rotating beer on tap. - Ideal location for transit and subsidized parking. - Coldbrew and Nitro on tap!

      Cons

      - Growing pains. - Sometimes it can be hard to scale the culture as we grow. - Focus can also be hard as we scale. - Aggressive growth plan can lead to people feeling overwhelmed at times.

      Pros

      - Strong culture that everyone really embraces - Lots of fun problems to work on - Relaxed work environment and fantastic work/life balance - Good opportunities for personal and professional growth - Very satisfying to help build things that genuinely help our customers

      Cons

      - Too many problems to solve and not enough time - Company vocabulary and acronyms... So many words/phrases for the same thing or too many confusing acronyms. It doesn't seem efficient and makes ramping up more difficult. A dictionary would help. - Temporary growing pains - Average benefits

      Pros

      Remitly challenges you everyday. You have a chance to be the best employee you can be. This is by far the most rewarding job I've had. We get to make a real difference in peoples lives. Plus, We have an office full of delicious snacks, beware of the kitchen, it will become your best friend and your worst enemy.

      Cons

      While we are in the late stage, we are still a start up. There are still everyday challenges to face. However, everyone is willing to work with you to come up with a solution.
