I had high hopes when applying to Remitly, considering my relative experience in the field. Unfortunately, the process was highly disappointing. I attended 3 levels of interview and the interviewers were rude and sounded uninterested in the conversation. Despite meeting all the job requirements, I felt like my time was wasted, because they took over more than a month for 3 rounds of interview . The interviewers seemed like they had already selected a candidate, and was interviewing for name sake. It felt like they were going through the motions without any genuine interest in my qualifications or background. I expected a more professional and respectful experience from a company of this caliber. Proceed with caution if you're considering applying.
