It's cliche, but Remitly is the most mission-driven company I've been a part of. Our customers and our mission is first and foremost in everything that we do or talk about. Matt O creates a wonderful environment of collaboration and the feeling that we are all working toward that mission each day.

Cons

Lots of work - on this side of an IPO, we still have a lot of processes that need streamlined/cleaned up to keep up with our growth.

Poor management. Managers here now are toxic. All want a promotion. They dont care about their associates feeling, everyday change of process, plus employees are never heard. Alot of employees are resigning. How come they are not being alarmed? Because they do not care at all
