      Pros

      All kinds of interesting problems to work on, strong technology stack, work environment where people genuinely like each other, opportunity to have impact.

      Cons

      Rapid growth can produce some ambiguity (and also opportunity to own things), which can be stressful but is also exciting.

      Pros

      I have learned so much in the past year working here, personally and career wise. Moreover, I am coming to work every day with an excitement because of the people, the work and the impact. Extremely customer centric! The feedback/nice words from our customers always make my day.

      Cons

      Everything has been great so far! Definitely a lot of growth and challenges along the way.

      Pros

      Awesome work environment. I get to work alongside bright, funny, and diverse humans. Remitly takes their cultural values seriously and understands the importance of work life balance. The learning curve is steep but there are ample opportunities for professional development. And on top of all this, you get to work toward helping immigrants send more of their hard earned money home to their loved ones.

      Cons

      There is no 401k matching plan.
