      The company provides employee resource groups (AKA Affinity Groups) that allow employees to feel that they belong. In my case, the group is the Out@Remitly - for LGBTQIA+ persons and allies. There, I can share my lived experience and learn from others, judgement-free. We also have the opportunity to lead and partner with other groups to develop projects that have cross-border impact, on both, employees and local communities in which we are inserted. If this is the kind of impact you are seeking for, Remitly is a great place for you to do just that.
