Poor covid response. One covid death, high covid positive cases and counting. Leadership is selective with opportunities they want to address. Most senior leaders lack industry knowledge. Inaccurate and inconsistent, ineffective performance management system. Leaders are not good examples of character. Favoritism is very strong.

Cons

Lacks transparency when it comes to job scope. They expect people to simply miraculously be able to do a job after a few weeks of training. Ridiculous metrics, they don't provide/allow new hires to adjust to work first. They expect you to operate like a tenured employee.
