      High-pressure environment built on uncompensated overtime

      Pros

      Good team camaraderie at the ground level

      Cons

      This company relies on exploitation to cover basic operational deficits. While contracts mandate that overtime is compensated via TOIL, the persistent lack of staff means coverage is never available for you to use it. You will find yourself absorbing endless peak-week hours with no realistic opportunity to recuperate, resulting in highly stressful and damaging working conditions. It is a highly problematic management model that treats employee dedication as free labor. Not recommended.

      Pros

      - The "normal" people are really good people and try their best - Geniunely remote working

      Cons

      - Toxic senior leadership. Allowed to publicly be rude and dismiss lower levels on Slack. No consideration for how people might take the feedback. - More focused on customers churning or moving from competitors than the actual product - No movement in product in what feels like 2 years. Focused on all of the wrong things - Absolutely clueless leadership. Have gone from a potential player in the game to an afterthought at best. Hide behind performance culture but doesn't seem to apply to the actual bad performers (Directors and above)
