      Nice people, chaos management

      Pros

      I've been lucky to meet nice people. There's lots of money into the project.

      Cons

      The requirements are chaotic, there is no fix roadmap for the project. As a frontend engineer you need to adapt to their way of working which is as i said, chaotic. The PM says we need this, then the entire team need to come up with the business logic and implementation. And all in a fast paced environement. Moreover, the async way of work can be nice if you know what to do. But as a 2-3 months employee, on this huge product, you will not be able to. Biggest con, if you don't adapt quicly to their way of working, and give 110%, then you're are replaced.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO I would say remote culture but that really is only for certain people in certain roles. They sell you on working anywhere, anytime but that’s not really the case.

      Cons

      Mostly everything. Very catty weird blame culture The president isn’t great. Layoffs I was laid off with a group of people after less than a year! Fun times. Below market pay Really basic benefits

      - Freedom - Work culture - Learning opportunities - Work-Life Balance - Benefits provided - Interaction with multi-national coworkers - Core Values

      Cons

      - Inconsistent management - Too many quick and unstructured changes. Too much going on in so little time. - No real (in-person) team bonding events organized by the company or departments/teams - No steady annual salary increases for all employees aside from performance related - Not enough hiring in certain teams for added manpower so EE's can actually take their PTO's or focus on tasks other than the usual.
