- Asynchronous work culture - Strong people team leadership - Not high-stress (in my experience) - Flexible work environment

Cons

- US based benefits, they're a bit dated and limited - When asking for help or seeking guidance internally the documentation team will tell you "just read more" "read people read" - Mid and upper management are not strong enough to move the organization forward and are empowered to launch vanity projects that have no viability

- Excellent people - Very diverse culture - Walk their talk in terms of work/life balance and flexible hours (depending on your job) - Fair comp - Great product

Cons

- Startup pains, not always perfectly organized and up to date with processes and documentation of important info - Can take a while for other teams to respond and support sales with deals in progress, which can be really difficult at times, but it's getting better.
