      - Async culture - Everything is very well documented - Values are taken seriously - Career growth is explained and taken seriously by managers - Feedback is listened to and acted upon.

      Cons

      - Because we're growing so much it feels like 1000 things are happening at the same time.

      BEST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORK

      Pros

      Best team I've ever worked with The company has it all clear - processes, compensation policy, async work, REMOTE WORK, you can literally work from anywhere and feel secure having a full-time job. Transparency, ownership, kindness are seen in every interaction and I love how focussed and conscious the executive team is to keep growing but keeping an amazing culture. I just love Remote.
