Incredible work-life balance Very good compensation. Always room for input and personal development (if you take ownership of your own journey)

Cons

Its a startup, meaning things change. You must come in with that expectation and want to contribute beyond just your role. A lot of cross collaboration - can lead to inefficiencies in communications
