      Pros

      Some really good managers. Very solid product and great PMF.

      Cons

      Multiple layers of management keep being added. Decision-making is top-down with little input from front-line workers. Recent changes to HR policies for the worse. Morale is not in a great spot and issues that should have been corrected a long time ago still persist.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with. Base pay is okay. Flexibility is great, nobody micro-manages you. Your results speak for you, the metrics for performance are measurable so you can appraise your performance yourself.

      Cons

      Changes come hard and fast so if you don't easily adapt to changes, you will struggle to perform.
