I’ve been with the company for two years now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. From the start, expectations have been clear, which has helped me thrive in my role. The culture is truly inclusive and embraces diversity, making it a welcoming environment for everyone. One of the highlights for me has been the opportunities to have my voice heard. Leadership genuinely values employee input and makes an effort to support us whenever needed. Additionally, the unique structure of working with people across three different companies has been a great way to build meaningful relationships and expand my professional network.

Cons

Like any organization, there can be challenges with balancing workloads at times, but the support from fellow coworkers and my regional manager (shout out to Monika H) they’re usually addressed pretty quickly.

Can have breaks between clients sometimes.

Cons

Removery is sneaky and only worried about making another dollar. The schedule you work will burn you out as you will work Tuesday-Saturday every week. Only 2 people per studio so you can never be sick because clients will get upset. If you are a NP or PA they treat you like garbage. You will be spoken down to very often and if you speak up, they get very defensive. Pay is unfair. They will hire new people at a higher rate than you. Your boss lives in a different state and never sees you but once a year. Your studio will be expected to make 10,000 a week for you to make 2.5% (which is about $100 extra). There are no clear roles between sales and LS. If you lasering, most of the time you will have to do all the scheduling in addition to charting, treating, cleaning the studio and laser maintenance.
