      Pros

      Clients are nice and it’s an interesting field to work in.

      Cons

      False promises. Company seems to care more about their image and their social media than the clients and actual work they do. No diversity.

      This is truly such a great place to work. the management is great about making sure you feel supported and well rounded in your position, the benefits are fantastic and I love that we get to be apart of such an important journey for our clients!

      Pros

      Pay is good, flexible PTO, great boss, friendly coworkers, good benefits

      Cons

      Bonus structure is now horrible and unattainable. Nurse turnover is chaotic and the clients pay the price of having treatments pushed out 4+weeks. Studios are at the mercy of the call center and who they “give” the new clients to.
