Not that great

Pros

Good pay for industry, good uniforms.

Cons

Absurd workload, need permissions for everything and no one in management wants to do anything so they create channels that you have to jump through hoops for to solve a minor issue, 2 people run the studio daily, management will ask you how you feel about a situation but they do not tolerate a truthful response if it doesn't make them look good.

BEYOND HORRIBLE

Pros

Nothing. Pay attention to the “positive” reviews on here and how vague they are.

Cons

This is by far the worst workplace I have ever experienced. During my time at Removery, I saw near-constant layoffs. Whether it’s a whole department, a brand new hire, or even their top performers, there is zero guarantee you will be working there from one day to the next. Their excuse is that it’s a “start-up” environment, and they are creating a new kind of business, which is an interesting way to say they have no idea what they are doing and they would rather do anything else than treat their staff right. It’s an incredibly turbulent and unstable workplace environment. The culture is at rock bottom, and while it presents as genuine on the outside, if you scratch beneath the surface you will quickly find many disgruntled employees. Managers terrorize their staff for unattainable results. There is no such thing as “thank you” or recognition at this company. They sell you on how they are “changing lives”, you will bend over backwards to meet their insane benchmarks, and you will be met with demands for more. The COO specifically is horrid to work with. Sadly, there is not one person in leadership that I looked up to or who is useful in any aspect of your career. Opportunities to grow in my team were non-existent. After over a year of nonsense, I left. My recommendation would be to spare yourself from working here but if you do decide to, be on high alert and trust your gut.
