There are no pros. Do not trust anyone there.

Cons

EveniIf you quit amicably, they will not provide a reference or proof of employment. They do not pay to scale. Any position within the company can be had at a 20-40% increase anywhere else.

Low pay for work No vacations or holiday time No breaks or lunches Expected to work from home even till midnight or 2 am On call at ALL hours No room to make mistakes Shameless firing
