Pros
Management was good. Enjoyed working with the other employees.
Cons
While I admit it was my fault for not carefully going over every detail upon leaving I got burned by Remprex taking my FSA money. Basically what I did not know: If you leave Remprex and don't use your FSA money ($1400 in my case) with in 30 days they just take the money and refuse to give it back and basically tell you to F off. I should have checked upon leaving but thought I had until end of the year which is normal for FSA. They seemed to enjoy taking my money and it is legal although not really ethical. So, when you sign up for FSA and get fronted the yearly money you can actually leave the comany and not pay them back as well. I though it worked like a credit card. It does not. You don't have to pay them back and they can not do anything about it and don't feel bad cause they do the same thing to their employees. It was more important to Remprex to take my $1400 that was out of my paychecks than to be cool to an ex-employee . Of course HR doesn't ever let you know anything at this company espeically when it is in there best interest to not. HR also seems to have a high turn over as they are on the 3rd person in 2 years as head of HR. I tell this to other people and warn them about FSA and that it is a horrible system but pretty sad and unbelivable when corporations take advantage of it. Still glad I left Reprex as I am on to better things.
