Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of work, great people to work with, company seems to be growing, the company is well respected by the Railroad. Recruiter was actually talking to me about a way to grow in my career, even in the corporate location if that location was possible for me. I don't have to remain in the job I stay in.
Cons
They were small and it seems like they are investing in their corporate team to better support the field operations. Pay could be better but its not bad, benefits could be better, management training is needed.
