Cons

Your voice will not be heard. They tell you you're important and they value their people, but they don't act that way. Big customers get it all, the small customers are just $$ and an annoyance. Their product strategy is more about the company NOT about what's best for ALL of their customers.

My boss was a total joke. Everyone thought so. I went to HR and they did nothing to help, just wanted to hear the scoop on the drama. They claim to put people first as one of their core values but they say it because they know they have to.
