I can have a family and a job and be engaged with both. I have great leadership in my current role who help me to find engaging work, and bring a positive attitude to the workplace. There are great DEI opportunities with ERG groups

Teamwork at REnaissance is solid.

Cons

Like every company, there are cons. I believe for the most part its a great company, but you always have a few rotten apples who like to stir up trouble with any and everyone they come in contact with.
