Pros

Belief in a company mission, collaboration between departments

Cons

Processes involved in daily work are inefficient, convoluted and time consuming. Sales quotas are unrealistic and compensation plans punish those that were successful the year prior. Pricing is inconsistent year over year and presents a problem to overcome when renewing customers.

Pros

Good working hours Great products Good Benefits including pension and health care plan Greatest bunch of employees to work work with Lovely modern office

Cons

Management practice bullying and favouritism, and strangely the bullying culture seems to be facilitated by HR and management since they do not intervene. All department except Sales are significantly underpaid. Seem to be an increasing workload, new software products coming on board will little pay increases. Sadly, they will continue to lose high potential employees because of this Very poor talent management - little interest in optimising employees’ skills. Little opportunity to progress and where there is opportunity again little pay increase to reflect promotion and achievement. Micromanagement culture. Employees don't seem to have much of a voice. Very US-Centric therefore sometimes fails to meet needs or customers by properly localising products and material. Many aspects of the software are left undeveloped. Software company with no qualified data, software or technical specialists/manager or director in UK. This has already led to poor decisions that impact both the customer and employees.
