The customer success (now customer experience) team has many caring dedicated individual contributors, working hard and doing their very best everyday.

Cons

Toxic CX leadership scapegoats and silences contributors any chance they get. I just returned from an SKO where the outward image was nothing like the inward- people smiling and thanking leadership out of one side of their mouths but scrolling LinkedIn looking for an exit strategy as soon as they are out of earshot. Three RIFs in two years, but still hosting big parties and trips…seems out of line.

Cons

Feels like C executives have never gone to school or don't have any real world experience. They take random decisions kept on the shoulders of their employees.
