Pros

Renaissance believes that doing what is right and communicating openly with one another is foundational to supporting inclusion and equity at Renaissance and across the communities we serve. We also recognize that we come to these conversations with different lived experiences which can enrich our mission and commitment to all students and educators.

Cons

The pandemic of 2020 has complicated work-life balance, but thankfully Renaissance has given us the tools and resources to make the best of it.

Pros

As far as treating employees in a modern work-life balance culture, Renaissance has begun to grow. Likely depends on role or department, but there have been improvements to HR/leave policies that are more modern.

Cons

Growing quickly in a short period of time, communication and alignment can cause confusion and decrease efficiency.
