Leadership the last couple years has been a positive force focused on supporting teachers and students from all backgrounds Colleagues throughout R&D care about the product vision and the mission

Cons

Compensation is not great though reasonable, and only a little room for advancement internally

Management listens to voices across all levels. Teams are working to cross-communicate customer insights. Working with education software and its unique customer needs feels meaningful and impactful.

Cons

With any large corporate setting, seeing the response to change as it impacts the software takes a long time.
