Working with lots of friendly, genuinely passionate people. Fun and generous social events. Good support from HR. Many perks and employee benefits. Opportunities to learn and develop your skills. Amazing new offices.

Cons

Workload can be heavy and fast-paced, which can be stressful. The time it takes going up and down in the lift to the offices since they're on the 14th floor.
