Pros

- Once you begin you'll feel welcomed straight away. After having negative experiences with the people at a previous job, it was a breath of fresh air starting Renaissance. -It's easy to talk to management about anything really. Open door policy. - The products great and customers love it so you're working with quality. - Great location and work hours. Perfect work life balance.

Cons

- Pay and career development is limited. - Company is growing but not salaries at the same rate (at least that's what it feels like).

I appreciate your feedback – both positive and constructive. Our global business is growing and evolving, and I expect the internal opportunities for the team to grow as well. I am glad to read that you like our open communications style. We are moving fast and is important that we all communicate well. I encourage you to keep the lines of communications open including with management or myself. Also, we understand that compensation is a sensitive issue. That is why we are always evolving our plans and conducting benchmark analysis to help make them as competitive as possible. Thanks again for your review! – Erez Tocker, Manager Director, International

Terrible

Pros

They have a free ice cream machine and a fitness center that can be used. That is literally the only benefit to this company.

Cons

AWFUL MANAGEMENT!! Unless you whine and cry and complain you apparently are not a valued employee. You are discouraged from working hard and "over-achieving" because it makes the employees (who are barely competent to do their job) feel bad because they aren't doing a good job. Low pay and a lot disappointment with the company. They say they care about the students and staff that they service and it just is not true. They only care about making money. The company has had several bugs with the programs and they become virtually unusable and it has been almost a year and things still have not been fixed and improved upon. I feel bad for the schools that continue to pay for this unworthy product.

Pros

Free food randomly- woohoo Decent Hours

Cons

They only Hire and Promote "YES" men They recently acquired a new company, then raised employees sales goal and dropped their commission rates. Favoritism is the Only way you can get ahead. The Mission Statement is a COMPLETE JOKE, NO ONE CARES about it, It all comes down to Hitting Goal and Dollars brought it. Double standards for similar roles CEO, RVP, Profit Share Holders are so far placed from actual sales, that they have no idea what is actually happening in the company. Company grew too fast for their own good, and does Not Value their Employees. For a Software company you would Expect our computers and Software to Not Crash weekly. Have out-priced themselves in the market.
