      Pros

      Friendly Work environment and staff. Direct supervisors and managers of entry level works take care of them.

      Cons

      Upper management and corporate need to learn how the new technology works before lunching a broken product

      Pros

      This company has a terrific mission, which is reiterated in literally every presentation throughout the org. There are very good processes and procedures set up, which make onboarding and transitions easier.

      Cons

      There are silos here, which make communication challenging and lead to duplication of efforts

      Pros

      I have been employed at many places over my time, and have never worked for a better company than Renaissance. Great products, benefits, pay & management who actual care about their employees. Best career move of my life, I hope I'm here till I retire.
