      Pros

      -Excellent Mission -Excellent Benefits -Employees committed to customers (particularly in customer service areas) -Company has a great presence in the market.

      Cons

      -Conflict between long time employees & new/revolving leadership -Low morale as technical issues in final product seem to be endlessly accumulating -Disconnect between office locations and between departments. -Does not disrupt or innovate as quickly as competitors

      The products are good and the mission is solid.

      Cons

      People brought in from "the outside" are very disrespectful to long-time employees who were actually responsible for building this once-great company. Their interest in skimming a fast profit and leaving the smoldering wreckage behind flies in the face of the long-time employees who care deeply about the company and its future.
