What makes it great? An important focused mission. Great forward thinking leadership at the C-level that knows how to lead employees to deliver that mission. Products that deliver great results for our customers. A culture of respect, inclusion and kindness in the workplace.

Cons

The free ice cream in the Rapids facility can cause weight gain!

Thank you so much for taking time to write this review. It’s very rewarding for me and for the leadership team to read that our employees are connected to our Mission and believe in our products. We’re confident the Renaissance Growth Platform will help our company to continue accelerating learning for all. Thanks again, and I hope you still take advantage of the free ice cream now and then. ;) — Mike Evans, Interim CEO

I was very happy to read your review — especially that you like working for Renaissance and enjoy our people and our focus on helping children make progress in their lives. Even if you did not get here as soon as you would have liked, you're here now, and that's what's important! Thanks for your commitment to Renaissance. — Mike Evans, Interim CEO
