Employees are given opportunities to deliver value in numerous dimensions and to flex their talent muscles in ways that allow optimal performance. Having had the opportunity to work for many companies in my career, Renaissance is by far one of the very best all around. The people, culture, benefits, professional challenges, talent, leadership and all around experience is exceptional.
Cons
As with any company, there is limited time, funding, and human capital to support everything and difficult prioritization trade-off decisions need to be made in the best interest of the company strategy.
