-Working and conversing with schools is great.

Cons

-Autonomy is non-existent due to micromanaging from managers in the UK. It’s a different market and similar strategies between the two areas simply don’t work. -Lots of promises of salary increases or promotions, but those were empty promises.

The new UK leadership since the merger has taken this company downhill. Staff are alienated, job security is extremely insecure with several redundancies and pay/earning potential has been significantly capped. Promises and assurances have been broken multiple times and ultimately it is not a great place to work at the moment with this new direction.

Micromanagement. Treated like a child. Poorly managed. Expected to meet targets that are not shown to you. You can't have open conversations with your colleagues.
