      Top-heavy. Bloated management. Massive bureaucracy, Not dynamic. Slow-moving. Innovation is frowned upon

      Pros

      Generally nice people although there is a bit of a mean girl culture on some teams, so that is unfortunate at this state of life. Products are quality if you love assessment. But who really loves assessment and data? Many people at Renaissance do.

      Cons

      No innovation. No out-of-the-box thinking allowed. No autonomy. No freedom to take a risk. Everybody has a role and a place, and don't you dare step out of it. The focus is on the wrong things and totally hypocritical as they are not truly aligned to the mission. Instead they are aligned to the financial reports. Very boring
