      Pros

      Benefits are strong and comprehensive. DEI is a strong focus and feeling included is a lived value. Lots of room to grow and there are managers who will mentor and guide you.

      Cons

      If you do a good job, you can get stuck in your role. You need to push for your own opportunities.
