Pros

Mid level management are good people who understand the role of those they manage and can be agents for change

Cons

Lower than industry salaries. Continuous chaotic corporate systems changes, lack of transparency, Too many systems in place to track industry trends, payroll, commissions, orders and sales none of which talk to each other or post the same numbers or date. Changing rules and upper leadership ill equipped to manage the changes. rarely able to answer questions about the how or procedural questions from sales. continuous pivots asked of sales force when plans put in place were not well executed or thought through causing chaos and frustration across the organization.

Pros

-Working and conversing with schools is great.

Cons

-Autonomy is non-existent due to micromanaging from managers in the UK. It’s a different market and similar strategies between the two areas simply don’t work. -Lots of promises of salary increases or promotions, but those were empty promises.
