Pros

- Unlimited PTO - Access to Franklin Covey courses if you were a people leader - Access to LinkedIn Learning

Cons

- minimal work-life balance - poor distribution of work - not enough staff for the workloads - not competitive salaries (unless you are in Sales it seems) - no cost of living increases - senior leadership works to repress any annual salary increase at all - annual reviews are a joke (everyone is a 3) - minimal opportunity for growth - constant layoffs (at least 3 in the last six months) - out of touch upper management - no transparency, upper management is not good at change management - removed the DEI landing page from the company website when the current administration started its rampage against DEI

Pros

Remote is about all I can pull for a positive here

Cons

Where to start. Zero work-life balance. This company is very toxic, lacks empathy and the top leaders are awful. The direction of the company has gone downhill. Everyone is worried they will be fired next or looking for a way to get out! I’ve seen an instrumental amount of disgusting acts happening to the poor support team as well. Those senior leaders have no heart. I felt for those agents who I was able to connect with. It’s so sad how they’re also treated. It wasn’t any better in our side of the field, sadly.
