Pros

Excellent work life balance - remote role that provides you with opportunity to be flexible with work

Cons

I would like more clarity on progression routes in the business, I don't want to stay at this level for a long period and would like to see more opportunities become available and explained to me within the business. Either a BD or project management role would be of interest long term

Pros

You meet people from all across the country. The products are good

Cons

You are not paid for travel days. Often you would spend all day flying to a place, have to pick up a car and then drive for an hour or 2 to get to the location, spend the night and deliver a 1 day pd. You then would fly back. For all of that and your prep time you ended up making like 20$ an hour... maybe.
