Pros

Core values of the company are clearly defined and infused into day to day work and performance reviews. All of us really care about the students and teachers we serve and are committed to their continuous growth as well as our own.

Cons

Not much for cons here. One small thing I've noticed is varying expectations across managers within a department. Ideally changing from one manager to another does not change the expectations of your role, the types of frequency of feedback you receive, or the amount of coaching given.

As with any large company comprised of acquired business/ products, there are growing pains. Leadership is reasonable in how they approach these issues and supportive of employee needs.
