Pros

Management listens to voices across all levels. Teams are working to cross-communicate customer insights. Working with education software and its unique customer needs feels meaningful and impactful.

Cons

With any large corporate setting, seeing the response to change as it impacts the software takes a long time.

Thank you for this review. We are happy to read that you’re off to a good start at Renaissance – and that you would recommend us as a place to work. As you have seen, we have a large user base and it requires a thoughtful change management approach, which takes time. We are always open to ideas for improving our processes so I encourage you to share them with your manager, or you can always reach out to me directly. – Chris Dragon, COO

Thank you for taking time to write this review and offering feedback. I was happy to read that you are seeing improvements and have opportunities to step up and make a difference. Regarding your advice to continue to focus on system improvements, it’s always a balance between developing new features/functions and improving the performance and stability of the system. Engineering leadership continues to work closely with Product leadership to develop a roadmap that balances both priorities appropriately. In the near term, you will see more effort going to system improvements that engineering has identified as important. Thanks again for the feedback. Jon Byom, Senior Vice President – Engineering
