Pros
The environment is relaxed and laid-back; employees I have met have been very approachable and friendly. There are some nice perks and great benefits made available to employees that most employers would not entertain.
Cons
Most every communication is handled through virtual platforms; even if you are in the same building you are only invited to attend via video conference which seems odd to me.
