      Given the challenging nature of creating a work/life balance, particularly over the past few years, I’m grateful that Renaissance is flexible and values life outside of the very important work we are doing here.

      Work from home office. Great peers. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers are hired based on being a "yes-man," not managerial skills. HR admits they have mediocre managers though they aren't willing to follow up on issues. Very compartmentalized, not much room for advancement within each department.
