Pros
The people (not the leaders) support each other and are really helpful in working together to get things done. Communication and collaboration is mostly open and transparent. Developer user adoption seems solid too.
Cons
Leadership does not take care of their overworked and under-resourced teams, and many of the managers are overworked as well, while expectations increase. Burn out is at an all time high and a bunch of people have left the company in the last few months. There are no growth opportunities either.

Pros
Render has gained significant love from the community and the platform has an incredible word of mouth organic growth. The team at Render are caring, thoughtful, talented, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing for the business. The Company has unlimited potential given the market demand. It still has yet to build out more on the GTM side and it's impressive to see the strong growth rate.
Cons
GTM side needs to be built out further.
