      Pros

      - Technical staff is very talented. Work on Cutting edge solutions. Broad Portfolio. Flexible work arrangements. Very supportive work-life balance culture.

      Cons

      - A lot of process, work or tools still have to be approved or handled by the teams in Japan. They are very conservative. - Not very agile. Multiple, repeated gates for NPD. Lots of time spent reporting to upper management, many roles have excessive overlap across BUs - BU Teams are very disorganized. No centralized product development process, or resources to properly develop a detailed execution plan, especially for customer collateral. - Process tech & test capability is a step behind some major competitors, making it difficult for ASSP solutions to compete with on price. - Growing pains with organization, as leaders and ICs have been brought in through M&A & from competitors.
