      Young colleagues are friendly and inclusive. Good benefits. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      The culture is about safety and not innovation. If you challenge anything, they will respond “it’s how it was always done”. The culture of inclusion doesn’t exist. I have heard terrible insults towards women mostly by upper management. Raises and promotions are rare.
