      Pros

      Renesas is a good place to work. They salaries offered for Greece are above average than most other companies in Greece offer. The work environment is very friendly and they offer flexible/hybrid or even sometimes full remote work arrangement.

      Cons

      It is a big company, which means sometimes things will move slow if many departments/people need to be involved in a procedure. There are certain rules that need to be followed. This isn't necessarily bad though.
